Approximately 25 miles of rivers, including the Irthing, the Gelt and King Water. Day, week and season tickets are available to all.
With easy access to all stretches, it's waters vary from the tiny, boulder-strewn streams of the upper Gelt and King Water to the broader pools that typify the lower Irthing until it joins the Eden.
Whilst in these northern head waters, anglers may wish to visit Alston's fishing on the Tyne, details can be obtained from Alston Moor Information Centre, tel. 01434 382244.
In addition to brown trout, visitors will find sport throughout the year, thanks to the good number of grayling to be found especially in the Irthings runs.
Most of the fish are taken on traditional fly patterns - Black Gnat varieties being particularly successful - but worm fishing is also allowed.
All Brampton Angling Association water is designated a 'Site of Special Scientific Interest' and not surprisingly therefore, it has fishing available amongst stunning scenery.
